Judy Cavaness
George & Judy Cavaness have been in the Mini Storage business for 17+ years. Their experience includes The Store House on White Lane in Bakersfield, CA., where they learned the business and also rented Ryder trucks.
They have extensive experience in all phases of the storage business and want to build their own in the near future. She has many years experience in the business arena acting as bookkeeper for George as he was self employed for nearly 30 years.
They love working together, and only recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary. George is a private pilot and his hobbies include playing music, fishing, hunting and the building of web sites (check them out!) Judy's hobbies are sewing, cooking, music, and spoiling grandchildren!

Meet our Assistant manager
Teresa Mullings
Teresa is known for her freindly demeanor and and willingness to help the customer. She is proficient in telephone skills as well as sales helping our customers. Her attention to detail is a boon to her success here at The Spare Room.
She is knowledgeable on the computer and her excellent phone skills proves valuable for the customer. No matter what the problem, she works and searches until she finds the solution, and then is speedy to put that solution to work for the benefit of clientele as well as the company.
Teresa's hobbies are cooking and music. She is married with two daughters, one of which is a teen. With her husband, they are the Assistant Pastors of River of Life Fellowship. The extend the invitation for all to come and worship with them.
She enjoys her work at The Spare Room, and has intentions of pursuing a career in the storage arena.
Her goal is the same as the managers: she also wants your experience here at The Spare Room to be a positive, helpful and an enjoyable one.
